Job description

Primary responsibility is to drive design, development and maintenance of data warehouse/ETL processes on Azure and drive analytics through BI reporting.

Work closely with business and stakeholders to understand data needs / requirements of organization and implement and support SSIS packages and dataflows on Azure to fulfill those needs.

Conect to multiple data sources and create Report in PowerBI.

Hands on Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Datalake.

Maintain SQL scripts, indexes, complex queries for data analysis and extraction.

Create dataflow for importing data utilizing XML, CSV and comma delimitate files.

Develop T-SQL functions and store procedures to support complex business requirements.

Work with business analysts, subject matter experts, and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements.

4-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server, Synpase Datawarehouse, Azure Data Factory, and working with Azure resources.

Proficiency with data integration concepts for sourcing, extracting, staging, mapping, transforming and loading using SSIS.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle relational databases(RDBMS).

Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures

Knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.

Expertise in ETL concepts.
